Selin Kutucular

Selin Kutucular is one of the names who combines her love for Büyükada and her interest in culinary culture with writing. After losing her grandfather in 2003, she brought the book “Büyükada Yemekleri” to life in order to keep his memory alive. This work won the “Best Local Cuisine” award at the 2005 Gourmand World Cookbook Awards and contributed to the international promotion of Turkey. Continuing her writing career with works such as “Istanbul Sofraları” and “Buyukada’s Little Chef”, Kutucular is also known as a television chef and shares recipes and culinary experiences with her followers on social media platforms.
